Our 'Eggs'periment

While looking at our teeth this term in Science, we also had the opportunity to explore the effects different drinks may have on our teeth. We learned that out of the Energy Drink, Fizzy pop, Orange Juice, Water and Coffee, Water was the only one that didnt have an effect at all on our teeth! The energy drink started to rot the egg shell (resembling tooth decay), and the coffee fully stained the egg black (resembling tooth staining). We couldn't believe our findings and we will definitely be more aware of how much we drink of each!
